From this perspective - Our mission is to offer the best possible levels of customer service and support to provide you with a rewarding experience in either the selling or buying process that you will want to recommend to your friends. We understand the extra utility value of an equestrian property enabling us to give fair market valuations. We advertise extensively in equine magazines and understand the unique needs of 'horsey' people. We know the extra pressures involved in finding a property with the right balance of land, facilities and accommodation and the logistical problems of moving with horses. We also understand that our duty to our clients does not end when an offer has been accepted, and endeavour to support them throughout the conveyancing process. |
